What Kind of Food Is There?

This is going to be one of the great things about the festival... beside the excellent musical entertainment. Chuck Wagon cooking! Delicious food such as BBQ, Chili, Home-made cornbread and peach cobbler, are just a few of the mouth-watering items that will be served.

What Other Activities Are There in the Area?

Fresno is the only city in the United States with 3 national parks in its backyard: Kings Canyon, Sequoia, and Yosemite. What can you do in Fresno? A lot! From snow skiing to water skiing and from horseback riding to hiking. Fresno has a lot to offer!

Will It Be Loud?

(Yes, that actually has been a question!)

Prior to the festival:
As with any concert, there will be a certain amount of 'noise' associated with the production. During the period prior to the show date there will be several trucks coming in and out of the site making deliveries that range from forklifts, office trailers, RV's, water, Port-a-Potty's, dumpsters, stage/sound/light equipment and so on. The majority of these deliveries will take place during normal business hours, Monday-Friday. We will limit any after-hours deliveries as best we can.

Show Time:
The show itself will obviously generate it's own brand of 'noise' - namely the best sounding country music Fresno or Central California has ever heard! Yeah!! But seriously, the sound levels will range from 100 - 120 decibels. We will have a strict policy on "quiet time" for all campers (around 1 am during the weekend) and will not tolerate drunk and disorderly conduct on the site (at any time!).

What About On-Site Vending For Local Companies?

As we are planning on having an "Arts & Crafts" area, there should be plenty of booths available for local companies to show off their wares and services.

In addition, Largo Vista will be looking for many types of services for the festival that include merchandising, VIP catering, general public food and beverage vendors, volunteer crowd control and information staff, janitorial, waste management/recycling and so on.

In honoring our pledge to the community of Fresno to use local services whenever possible, we will give first priority for local companies when making final decisions on those services. Obviously we want Fresno to benefit from the event in as many ways as possible.

However, until the final program is laid out and we establish our vending policies we cannot confirm which type of services and vending will be available. We expect to begin this process around October-November of this year.

For those persons interested in exhibiting, vending, volunteering etc., please fill out our Participation Form on this website. Please type in the services you would like to provide. We will keep these records and contact each person or company to discuss their involvement in detail.
